● A Client Who Chose Adoption
When I was worrying about what to do, I contacted Life Hope Network. Through their counseling, I was able to have peace. Before giving birth, I decided to do adoption. Later, I heard that the couple who adopted my baby was providing a good home for him. This made me so glad I had made the decision I did.
● A Client Feeling Pressure to Have an Abortion
My boyfriend and my family had been telling me to get an abortion. I didn't want to have an abortion but I didn't know what was the right thing to do. During this time, I saw a Life Hope Network brochure at a Health Center. So, I called and then came to Life Hope Network. I was able to talk about my honest feelings, learn about the importance of life, and hear about women who had chosen to have their babies. Then, I thought I also could have my baby. Only Life Hope Network encouraged me to have the baby. I want many other women to know about this place. There isn't another place like it.
● A Client Who Needed a Place to Live
First, when I was shown the Life Hope Network house, I thought it was so nice. I thought can I really live here? Also, the staff listened to me and encouraged me about the decision I had made. Because everyone was so helpful and kind, my worries and fears went away and I had peace in my heart.
● A Post Abortion Client
After I had my abortion, I was very angry at my boyfriend. I felt guilty that I had ended a life. I contacted Life Hope Network because I was looking for someone who could help me overcome my pain. My counselor recommended the Post-Abortion Healing Study. I started reading it. It was the first time I had heard about Christianity, but that didn't bother me. I did all 6 steps. For the sake of my baby, I repented so that I could live a meaningful life. I felt that I truly overcame my pain. I am very thankful to Life Hope Network.
